Job summary

NetSage is seeking an Application Developer to design and implement software capabilities that help analysts access, understand, and address complex mission challenges. You will work directly with mission stakeholders, data scientists, and analysts to translate needs into end-to-end solutions deployed in the customer’s enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
• A BS in Computer Science or related field with eight (8) years of relevant experience; Doctoral degree (PhD) with four (4) years, MS with six (6) years, or AS with ten (10) years are acceptable.
• Strong software development experience using Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience with PySpark and processing large or distributed datasets.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Elasticsearch and Git-based source code repositories.
• Experience developing applications that integrate front-end interfaces, back-end services, and enterprise data sources.
• Knowledge of customer enterprise architecture, mission data flows, corporate tools, and data repositories.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mission stakeholders, data scientists, and analysts to understand operational needs and translate them into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Develop software capabilities deployed within the customer’s enterprise environment.
• Apply modern data science, ML, and AI techniques to improve analyst workflows.
