EXP is looking for a Project Manager/Senior Structural Engineer specialized in mining. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and a PE registration. Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of project engineering, design, and construction experience in mining.
• Experience in structural inspections and assessments.
• Strong hands-on experience in analysis and design of heavy equipment foundations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering calculations, technical specifications, and scope documents.
• Perform analysis and design of structures per applicable codes.
• Coordinate with clients and other disciplines for layout designs.

Skills

Structural analysis and design of steel structures

Project engineering and management

Communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of NBC and OBC codes

Multi-disciplinary BIM experience

Problem-solving and critical thinking

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
