Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead mining studies and development phases in Henderson, NV. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and client engagement, coordinating engineering, geology, mining, tailings, water, environmental, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated study outcomes.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams through Conceptual to execution phases, develop schedules in Primavera P6, and support proposal development and business

Qualifications

• 15–25+ years of mining, metals, or major capital project experience.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary PFS, FS, FEED, and EPCM projects.
• Strong understanding of mining project development, estimating, scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary study teams through Conceptual, PEA, PFS, FS, FEED, and execution phases.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Interface with clients, build trusted relationships and align objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, geology, mining, tailings, water, environmental, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Lead study reviews, gates, workshops, and client presentations.
