Job summary

Ulliman Schutte Construction, LLC in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking experienced Millwrights/Iron Workers to join our on-site team. We build water and wastewater infrastructure nationwide, delivering challenging projects with safety and urgency.

You will erect, align, and install pipe systems, pumps, and process equipment; read drawings and follow blueprints; coordinate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a millwright/pipefitter.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and welding symbols.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety practices on construction sites.
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Erect, align, and install exposed and buried pipe systems made of various materials.
• Install, align, and maintain pumps and other facility process equipment.
• Perform general maintenance related to facility process systems.
• Coordinate with the project superintendent to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Apply standard concepts, procedures, and practices commonly used in pipefitting.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
