Job summary

Robinson Construction Company is seeking a Millwright - Equipment Erection Foreman to lead a crew in installing, maintaining, upgrading, dismantling, and fabricating machinery for heavy industrial facilities across the United States. The role requires reading layouts, blueprints, and schematics and coordinating with other trades to ensure timely, safe execution.

You will supervise crews, perform complex assembly tasks, and document progress daily.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of machinery, its maintenance and repair procedures.
• Experience with reading blueprints and applying layouts to worksites.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise crew in installation, maintenance, upgrade, dismantling of equipment.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine procedures.
• Move machinery using hoists, dollies and trucks.
• Assemble equipment with hand and power tools.
• Set up rigs and hoisting equipment; ensure safety standards.
• Complete daily logs and job reporting.
