AlphaHire in Naples, FL, seeks a Senior Architectural Millwork Engineer to lead engineering and technical execution of luxury millwork projects from concept to installation. You will transform designs, site measurements and client specs into production-ready packages, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with CNC programming and production teams, and drive engineering standards.

Qualifications

7+ years in architectural millwork engineering or related design.
Experience in luxury residential millwork and custom cabinetry.
Ability to produce production-ready shop drawings and fabrication docs.
Strong understanding of CNC manufacturing and joinery.

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering of custom architectural millwork projects from design through fabrication and installation.
Produce, review, and approve shop drawings, production drawings, bills of materials, cut lists, and fabrication documents.
Interpret plans, field measurements, and design concepts to create accurate manufacturing drawings.
Engineer cabinetry, closets, wall paneling, countertops, and specialty millwork.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, estimators, CNC programmers, and production teams.
Mentor junior engineers, CAD designers, and drafters while promoting best practices.
Support CNC programming, material optimization, nesting, and production planning.
