Oracle is seeking a Senior Military Recruiter (Contractor) to lead full life cycle recruiting for military-affiliated talent, with a focus on data center hiring. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and deliver strategic solutions for priority roles.

The role is a 12-month contract (W-2 through Oracle’s staffing partner), with remote work options in the US and travel up to 15%. Strong analytical and consultative recruiting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, technical recruiting preferred.
• Demonstrated military recruiting experience.
• Strong consultative recruiting and talent advisor capabilities.
• Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders and external military communities.
• Strong analytical skills with recruiting metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full life cycle recruiting for military, veteran, transitioning service member and military spouse talent across technical and business functions.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, role calibration, leveling, process, time-to-fill, and strategies for data center roles.
• Develop customized sourcing and talent strategies for priority searches.
• Build local relationships with hiring managers, military installations, veteran organizations, universities, and community partners.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle.
• Utilize recruiting analytics and KPIs to measure success and improve pipeline health.
• Collaborate with recruiting, HR, and business leaders to support military hiring initiatives.
