Alluvionic in New Mexico seeks a MOR Instructor to deliver EMRTC-approved training on military ordnance recognition, UXO hazards, and first-responder actions. The role requires current or former qualification as Public Safety Bomb Technician or Military EOD, with strong classroom and field instruction skills.

Travel is required to support resident and mobile courses; the position is an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Current or former Public Safety Bomb Technician or Military EOD qualification.
• Experience delivering technical training to adult learners.
• Strong safety and incident response knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Deliver EMRTC MOR curriculum per guides, objectives, safety rules, and customer standards.
• Provide classroom, practical, demonstration, and scenario-based instruction on ordnance recognition and UXO hazards.
• Facilitate discussions, knowledge checks, and student evaluations with established criteria.
• Coordinate with Program Manager, Lead Instructor, EMRTC reps, host agencies, and fellow instructors; complete attendance and course documentation.
• Support trainer standardization, train-the-trainer events, and curriculum reviews; travel as required.
