Job summary

Webco Manufacturing in Alto, GA is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision sheet metal team. You will interpret blueprints, set up welding equipment, MIG weld, and fabricate custom parts to exact specifications.

You will mentor junior welders, collaborate with engineering and assembly teams, and lead by example in safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement on the shop floor. This hands-on role offers opportunities to develop advanced skills and influence production

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld plans.
