Job summary

Webco Manufacturing in Alto, GA is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision sheet metal team. You will perform advanced MIG welding, fabrication, layout, and assembly of custom metal components to tight tolerances.

You will read and interpret blueprints, operate fabrication equipment, inspect weld quality, mentor other welders and work closely with engineering and production to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Operate MIG welding equipment to tight tolerances.
• Inspect weld quality and ensure conformance to specs.
• Mentor junior welders and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
