Job summary

Hader Solutions seeks a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to produce high-quality welds in a customer-focused environment. You will interpret blueprints and welding symbols, select appropriate welding methods, and ensure materials meet specifications.

You will perform initial inspections, maintain production records, and organize work based on complexity and deadlines. Experience in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds on mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel is required.

Qualifications

• MIG welding and fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.
