Job summary

Scubyt Inc is seeking an experienced Middleware Engineer to support enterprise integrations, APIs, message flows and middleware operations for a major public-sector project. You will design, develop, test and deploy middleware integrations, build and support APIs and queues, monitor systems, and troubleshoot incursions across DEV/QA/PROD, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of middleware/application development experience.
• Hands-on IBM Integration Bus middleware flow development and administration.
• Oracle and SQL Server experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOA, XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL, REST and SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy enterprise middleware integrations.
• Build and support APIs, web services, message flows and queues.
• Integrate internal agency systems with external platforms.
• Develop system specifications, architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Monitor scheduled jobs, system traffic, server health and database logs.
• Troubleshoot failed integrations and reprocess pending transactions.
• Manage secure configurations and credentials across DEV, QA and PROD.
• Automate log monitoring, notifications and failure alerts.
• Support unit, integration, QA and performance testing.
