Day Wireless Systems in Idaho seeks a senior engineering professional to provide top-level technical support and implementation for microwave and RF communications systems. You will assist design, proofing, and installation teams, and deliver end-user training.

The role requires extensive microwave experience, a BS in RF electronics, and 8+ years of related work. Occasional on-call support and coordination of complex projects are expected.

Competenze

• BS in RF electronics or equivalent with 8+ years in maintaining and troubleshooting complex communications systems.
• Experience in 2-way radio, microwave, and wireless systems theory.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and program wireless communication equipment.

• Maintains complex microwave systems and performs system maintenance.
• Provides technical support to Sales and customers.
• Assists Chief Engineer with design and proofing of systems.
• Mentors journeyman technicians in troubleshooting complex failures.
• Analyzes advanced tech problems and recommends solutions.
• Assists with system installations and staging.
• Coordinates complex system installations and manages projects.
• Creates technical system drawings.
• Provides end-user system training.
