Job summary

InfoCepts is looking for an Analytics Developer (MicroStrategy) in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on migrating legacy reporting to MicroStrategy, translating SQL-based reports, and delivering enterprise reporting solutions with governance and performance tuning.

You will design and develop MicroStrategy objects, work with Snowflake and BI tools, and collaborate with business and data teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery. Hybrid work model in Atlanta is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in MicroStrategy architecture, development, enterprise reporting, and analytics solution delivery.
• Strong experience with data warehouse, BI, and reporting ecosystems.
• MicroStrategy certifications and cloud platform certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, documents, and metadata objects per standards.
• Analyse legacy reports and SQL logic; recreate solutions in MicroStrategy with accuracy.
• Perform complex SQL analysis, troubleshooting, and data reconciliation for validation.
• Implement report optimization, metadata best practices, and security standards.
• Partner with business users and data teams to gather requirements and lead delivery.
• Lead technical discussions while contributing hands-on on projects.
