Job summary

SNtial Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Microsoft ERP Integration Developer to support the expansion and modernization of its enterprise business systems.

This role focuses on developing custom functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, building integrations with internal and third-party applications, and improving the ERP environment. It is a technical development position requiring strong coding, integration, and troubleshooting capabilities.

Position Overview

A well-established organization is seeking a hands-on Senior Microsoft ERP Integration Developer to support the continued expansion and modernization of its enterprise business systems.

This position will focus on developing custom functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, building integrations with internal and third-party applications, and improving the organization’s broader ERP environment.

This is a technical development position requiring strong coding, integration, and troubleshooting capabilities. It is not primarily a functional configuration or business analyst role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across the broader Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and workflow automation technologies.
• Experience supporting an ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, or modernization initiative.
• Experience working within an organization with complex operational, financial, inventory, or transactional processes.
• Familiarity with integrations involving CRM, warehouse management, EDI, e-commerce, or Microsoft productivity platforms.
• A background in finance or accounting is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000, depending on experience, technical qualifications, education, and other business considerations.

The position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. Benefits include employer-sponsored medical coverage and other employee benefits provided by the organization.
