Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Endpoint Consultant based in the United States to lead the delivery of secure, scalable endpoint and cloud solutions for public-sector and commercial customers.

You will guide projects from discovery through implementation, testing, migration, and documentation, with deep Microsoft expertise in Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise endpoint, cloud, or infrastructure implementation projects with accountability for technical outcomes.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft endpoint and cloud technologies such as Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Windows Hello for Business, Defender for Endpoint/XDR, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Endpoint migrations experience, including Entra ID migrations and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Understanding of Azure infrastructure, Active Directory, Entra ID Domain Services, SCCM, co-management, OS imaging, and deployment.
• Knowledge of security and compliance configurations within Microsoft cloud/endpoint environments.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical steps and communicate risks clearly.
• Strong customer-facing communication, leadership, and ability to guide projects to successful outcomes.
• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and take ownership of unfamiliar areas.
• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-140, SC-200, MS-500, AZ-500, and M365 Endpoint Administrator are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of customer implementation projects, owning scope, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
• Scope, design, configure, implement, test, and document endpoint and cloud solutions.
• Lead endpoint migrations, including Entra ID and tenant-to-tenant transitions.
• Provide deep technical expertise across Microsoft endpoint management and security technologies.
• Translate requirements into actionable implementation plans and deployment activities.
• Design and document architectures, configurations, processes, standards, and procedures.
• Act as technical lead on projects, coordinating across teams and stakeholders.
• Advise customers on capabilities, evaluate features, and recommend solutions aligned with objectives.
• Troubleshoot issues, propose improvements, and communicate progress clearly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers, managing priorities and delivery.
• Develop processes, documentation, and standards and share thought leadership.
• Stay current with endpoint, cloud, security, and Microsoft technologies.
