Job summary

Repligen Corporation in Waltham, MA seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer to lead administration, governance, security, and ongoing improvements of our global Microsoft 365 platform.

You will act as the technical authority for Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID, driving secure, scalable solutions and robust IAM across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and engineering in a medium-to-large enterprise.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint Online Administration & Governance, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience in IAM, Hybrid Identity, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM, Identity Governance.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph automation experience.
• Experience with Endpoint management, Windows Autopilot, and modern device management.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, governance, security, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point and technical authority for 365 platform issues.
• Design and implement secure, scalable M365 solutions aligned with security standards.
• Lead SharePoint governance, permissions, site lifecycle, migration initiatives.
• Administer IAM capabilities including Hybrid Identity, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, Identity Governance.
• Support enterprise integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Manage endpoint solutions via Intune and Windows Autopilot; device provisioning and security.
