Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a mid to senior level Microsoft 365 Administrator to support HUD. The role requires hands-on M365 architecture, tenancy management, Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra ID administration with a focus on RBAC and SSO/MFA integration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of M365 experience and a current public trust clearance. Preferred ITIL, Microsoft Certifications, and SharePoint/Purview governance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 8+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience (or commensurate experience).
• Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a public trust clearance.
• ITIL experience preferred.
• Microsoft Certifications preferred.
• SharePoint Online administration experience a plus.
• Data governance and retention using Microsoft Purview preferred.
• Additional cloud administration experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Tenant Subscription management.
• Intune enrollment and management.
• Exchange Online management.
• Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and synchronization.
• Single Sign-On and MFA integration.
• RBAC creation and maintenance.
• Write new and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for bulk actions.
