Job summary

ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

We are seeking a versatile, mission-driven Senior Java Developer to join a high-impact, tight-knit team dedicated to delivering critical defense tech solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy robust back-end microservices and APIs using Java, dependency injection (Guice), and modern containerization. You will work across the full software lifecycle—managing Git workflows, automating builds with Gradle, containerizing applications with Docker, and developing reliable RESTful services. Working directly in customer spaces or offsite SCIF environments, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates and occasionally lend your skills to limited-scope front-end UI enhancements to drive end-to-end operational success.

The annual base salary range for this role is $201,000-$238,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
