Job summary

Predicate Logic is seeking a motivated Multi-Function Electronic Warfare (MFEW) Intelligence Specialist II to join our team in Twenty-Nine Palms, CA. The role focuses on sustainment and fielding of advanced EW systems for USMC missions.

The candidate will lead on-site maintenance, mentor technicians, and interface with program management to ensure readiness and operational uptime in field environments. A DoD clearance and CSWF IAT-II certification are required, with related training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or formal Military intelligence training.
• Active Department of War security clearance required.
• CSWF certification for IAT-II with one of CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND or SSCP.

Responsibilities

• Support collection, processing, analysis and evaluation of information at tactical levels.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair tactical ground communication systems.
• Diagnose electronic, RF, digital and radar systems with advanced fault isolation techniques.
• Provide sustainment and technical support for MFEW systems including Modi II backpack EW architecture.
• Conduct system-level evaluations, RF performance testing, calibration and configuration validation.
• Lead installation and upgrade efforts for EW systems, dismounted and vehicle mounted.
• Serve as senior on-site technical authority for electronic systems maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and Marines on EW fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain maintenance plans, guides and system improvement recommendations.
• Manage maintenance logs, failure analysis and configuration management docs.
• Support fielding events, lifecycle sustainment and rapid technical response missions.
• Ensure compliance with military standards, safety requirements and OEM docs.
