Job summary

Applied Materials, a global leader in materials science and engineering for semiconductors, seeks a Metrology and Inspection expert in the eBeam/SEM domain. You will apply advanced metrology to optimize system performance for cutting-edge chips and displays, interfacing with customers and internal teams.

With at least 2 years of SEM metrology experience, you will leverage strong data analytics and lead projects from kickoff to completion.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of proven SEM metrology experience.
• Experience leading projects from kick-off to completion.
• Strong data analytic skills.
• Programming experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer technical review meetings.
• Deliver training to new employees and customers.
• Interface with customers on technical requirements and schedules.
• Create and lead new methodologies to optimize system performance.
• Document BKMs and procedures.
• Analyze and transfer new application capabilities to customer sites.
• Lead metrology solution implementations.
