Digital Leadership GmbH seeks a Senior professional to codify field-proven methods into executable UNITE Models. You will define inputs, outputs, sequencing and ensure traceability from input to each platform output, while extending the corpus of validated models across live pilots.

You will collaborate with engineering on model interfaces, and maintain high-quality English corpus that supports DACH pilot work and broader EU initiatives.

Qualifications

• Years of hands-on strategy, transformation or operating-model work inside real organisations.
• Habit of writing things down precisely and turning workshops into specifications.
• Fluent English; corpus is written in English.

Responsibilities

• Sit in live pilots and fix the model where it breaks in real organisations.
• Maintain and extend UNITE Models corpus and ensure traceability of outputs to inputs.
• Collaborate with engineering to define model interfaces and decision boundaries.
