Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project scope and design, and drive ROI insights while mentoring staff and aligning with merchandising goals. Travel 5%–20% may be required, supporting a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business experience and/or management consulting preferred.
• Minimum 3 years project management experience; retail/merchandising process improvement exposure.
• At least 2 years cross-functional project management within Home Depot.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.

Responsibilities

• Represents Merchandising in process evaluation, development, and system design.
• Lead project plans, risk assessments, communication, training, and change management.
• Manage expectations of project teams, stakeholders, and executives.
• Drive requirements gathering for development or implementation projects.
• Propose alternatives aligning with timelines and business goals.
• Consult with cross-functional managers and customers to address issues and opportunities.
• Establish and report metrics to gauge ROI; audit projects for continuous improvement.
