Job summary

The North Face is seeking a senior merchandising leader to own the Men's Jackets & Fleece category, shaping long-term vision and growth. You will drive consumer relevance, brand elevation, and profitability across wholesale, DTC, and online channels.

You will collaborate with Brand Innovation, Design, Development, Planning, and Sales to deliver a balanced assortment and inspire senior leadership with data-driven insights and clear product directions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of merchandising/product management experience in apparel.
• Strong experience leading complex apparel categories, preferably outerwear or performance wear.
• Deep understanding of apparel product creation, including merchandising, design, development, sourcing, and go-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term vision and strategy for the Men's Jackets & Fleece business.
• Drive consumer relevance, brand elevation, and sustainable growth.
• Partner with Brand Innovation, Design, and Development to influence pipelines.
• Own category strategy and execution with a balanced assortment.
• Oversee seasonal product briefs with clear consumer needs and positioning.
• Lead cross-functional product pods and key product decisions.
• Deliver category financial targets including margins and productivity.
• Develop global assortment plans aligned with regional goals across go-to-market milestones.
• Create differentiated assortment across geographies to maximize growth.
• Collaborate with Planning, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Sourcing to bring the vision to life.
