Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and modeling.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and data tools.
• Proven ability to communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Experience leading high-performing planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead preseason sales, margin and inventory plans by department and division.
• Analyze performance to identify drivers, risks and opportunities for investments.
• Align financial goals with product strategy and assortment decisions.
• Present plans to senior leadership with clear assumptions and risks.
• Drive in-season analysis and adjustments to receipts, pricing, and promotions.
• Support talent development and cross-functional collaboration.
