AECOM Tishman seeks an experienced MEP Senior Superintendent for ongoing work in New York City. You will provide on-site administrative and technical management across electrical, mechanical, and related trades.

The role requires strong coordination of MEP crews, ability to manage schedule and budget, and primary client liaison duties on a complex construction site. On-site work is required, with substantial field activity.

Qualificações

• BS Engineering or relevant curriculum and 8 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Aviation construction experience strongly preferred.
• Superintendent experience on projects in excess of 1B.
• Experience in managing phased shutdowns of electrical and communications infrastructure.
• Experience in the managing and coordination of MEP trades (electrical, HVAC, fire protection, low voltage).

Job Description

AECOM Tishman is seeking an experienced MEP Senior Superintendent for our ongoing work in New York City.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or relevant curriculum and 8 years of relevant construction experienceor demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aviation construction experience strongly preferred.
• Superintendent experience on projects in excess of 1B.
• Experience in managing phased shutdowns of electrical and communications infrastructure.
• Strong experience in LV.
• Experience in the managing and coordination of MEP trades (electrical, HVAC, fire protection, low voltage).
• Ability to maintain schedule and ensure systems integration.
• Proficiency in various construction computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite,E-Builder, Bluebeam,Procore, Auto-CAD, CATIA 3D modeling, etc.)

Physical Demands:

• The following physical demands represent those typically required of individuals working in construction field roles, with or without accommodation. Construction field positions require physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to climb ladders and stairs, use personnel hoists, and move through various terrain and active construction zones. Vision requirements include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Team members must be capable of using their hands to handle tools and materials, and perform activities such as sitting, standing, walking, speaking, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted may be necessary on an occasional basis.
• Individuals in construction field roles work primarily on active job sites where exposure to environmental and job-related hazards is common, with or without accommodation. These environments may include proximity to heavy machinery, elevated work areas, airborne particles, varying weather conditions, and potential electrical risks. Noise levels may vary from moderate to high depending on the phase of construction. Employees may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and must remain alert to ensure safety. Additional duties may be assigned as needed based on the scope and progress of the project.
