The successful candidate will manage complex structural design projects, providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers. Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Structural Engineering and a PE license in California or Nevada. Qualifications
8+ years of structural design experience with a minimum of 3+ years designing structural components for HVAC & Plumbing projects/systems required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or Nevada required.
Demonstrated success mentoring and coaching engineers at various levels a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple structural projects that vary in complexity.
Mentor and coach Design Engineers I and II on design best practices.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on structural design matters.
