Eastern Contractors Corporation in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to support industrial, advanced manufacturing, cleanroom, dry room, semiconductor, EV battery, and data center projects. This role involves managing estimating, procurement, coordination, installation, and commissioning of complex MEP systems from planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent industry experience.
• 5–8+ years of MEP construction, estimating, project management, or preconstruction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs; strong MEP coordination knowledge.
• Willingness to travel; valid US driver's license; able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction & Estimating: review drawings, prepare budgets, develop scopes, solicit subcontracts.
• Project Management & Execution: manage MEP scopes through commissioning; monitor cost and schedule.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: lead cross-disciplinary coordination and client communication.
• Risk, quality, safety: manage procurement, field coordination, and project closeout.
