Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a MEP Preconstruction Senior Engineer for its Charlotte, NC office. This role requires leadership in estimating and managing MEP preconstruction activities, while collaborating closely with equipment vendors, clients, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of preconstruction experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or building automation systems. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required. We offer competitive compensation along with health and insurance benefits.

• 5+ years of preconstruction experience in MEP systems.
• Ability to read and understand complex engineering plans.
• Experience leading a team of MEP project engineers/estimators.
