This full-time role leads and mentors project teams, reviews design documents, coordinates with consultants and owners, and manages submittals, RFIs, and testing. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 5–10 years in construction with strong MEP experience; salary range $150k–$180k,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5–10 years of experience in the construction industry.
5+ years of experience with M/E/P design, commissioning, and construction.

Responsibilities

Provide MEP/FP technical oversight from preconstruction through closeout.
Review and coordinate MEP/FP design documents for constructability and system integration.
Participate in design and coordination meetings with consultants, owners, and project teams.
Evaluate subcontractor proposals, scopes of work, and prequalification packages.
Monitor MEP construction progress and ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and code requirements.
Coordinate field inspections, startup, and testing/commissioning of MEP/FP systems.
