Job summary

Massa Multimedia Architecture, PC. seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to support local and national projects across retail, healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use markets. You will develop and coordinate MEP solutions, work with architects and clients, and manage projects from survey through construction.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, collaboration, and contributing to MMA's growing in-house MEP capabilities while supporting a diverse national client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MEP or building systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PE license preferred but not required.
• Experience with renovations and multi-location rollout programs.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing building systems and develop MEP solutions.
• Prepare construction documents for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, and project managers.
• Respond to permitting comments and assist construction administration.
• Support national programs and multi-location rollout efforts.
