Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in MEP maintenance for commercial buildings.
• Ability to diagnose complex HVAC and electrical system failures.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair complex MEP system failures.
• Manage departmental budgets for MEP systems and equipment.
