Job summary

Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging. We are seeking a licensed social worker or counselor to join a small interdisciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator.

You will develop and update treatment plans, document per Medicare guidelines, and provide group

Qualifications

• Must hold a state-recognized license in Social Work or Counseling.
• Experience with elderly clients and outpatient settings.
• Ability to develop and update treatment plans with the team.
• Familiar with Medicare documentation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small disciplinary team to provide senior-focused therapy.
• Develop and update treatment plans with the team using evidence-based approaches.
• Provide compliant Medicare documentation within required timeframes.
• Offer group therapy, individual sessions, and family therapy as needed.
• Support community education and other duties as assigned.
