Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a dedicated Full-time Mental Health Therapist for our Behavioral Health Program in Vancouver, WA. This role provides critical support to the Adult Mobile Crisis unit, including assessments, individual counseling, and crisis stabilization. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in psychology or social work and four or more years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college including coursework in psychological diagnostics.
• Four or more years’ experience in the field.
• Must meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP).

Responsibilities

• Providing assessments, referrals, and individual counseling for mental health.
• Developing treatment plans to address patients' emotional and behavioral needs.
• Maintaining documentation of mental health services in patient charts.

Skills

Psychological diagnostics

Good oral and written skills

Experience with MHIP model of care

Bilingual English/Spanish

Education

Master’s degree in psychology or social work

Active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License
