General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Technician to support behavioral health care delivery for personnel readiness and well‑being.

You will work under licensed supervision, performing intake, treatment support, and data coordination within established guidelines. The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ psychiatric technician experience, an associate degree or military training, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a psychiatric technician.
• Associate degree or commensurate training (military Mental Health Technician acceptable).
• Ability to obtain Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct intake interviews under supervision of a licensed professional.
• Assist with care and treatment of psychiatric, drug and alcohol clients.
• Lead prescribed individual or group therapy sessions under licensed supervision.
• Prepare open/closed case reports and maintain records.
• Coordinate with military and civilian agencies and respond to inquiries.
