Providence Crisis Stabilization Center in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Senior Mental Health Counselor (Masters) to lead clinical programming across crisis services, including assessment, therapy, and milieu interventions. The role supports leadership and mentors staff.

Eligible external hires may receive a $15,000 hire bonus and relocation assistance. Schedule options include full time 1.0 FTE Day, Evening, and Night shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, with on-site work at Providence Regional

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, counseling, social work or health-related field.
• Alaska licensure required at hire for respective clinical role.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.

Responsabilités

• Direct client care across assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group/milieu therapy.
• Support development/maintenance of standards of practice and new programs.
• Mentor/consult with other clinicians and coordinate with health professionals.
