Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Gerber AccuMark is required.
• Strong foundation in patternmaking through flat pattern and draping.
• Background in menswear, suiting, or structured garments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete technical design process for menswear from prototype to production.
• Lead fit sessions independently and deliver accurate fit comments.
• Create and maintain tech packs, graded specs, BOM details, and construction standards.
