Job summary

North Carolina State University seeks a Senior AI and Applications Developer within Enterprise Application Services in Raleigh. The role focuses on Mendix development and leading AI initiatives across university software projects.

You will collaborate across teams, design scalable solutions, and mentor staff on AI tooling and best practices, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least one year of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Experience developing applications using Mendix technologies and PHP is preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mendix development and implement practical business solutions.
• Guide AI development and deployment across EAS and NC State community.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and customer requirements.
