Qualifications
- Missouri RN or LPN license required.
- Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
- Experience with admissions, discharges and transfers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and evaluates nursing staff performance.
- Reviews potential move-ins with Marketing Coordinator and Social Services.
- Monitors care to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Completes admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed.
- Maintains accurate nursing documentation and ensures daily assignments are followed.
- Responds to family and resident concerns.
- Participates in Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance program.
- Participates in leadership and department head meetings.
- Completes payroll review in a timely manner.
- Available on-call to ensure staffing coverage.
