Job summary

Artificial Analysis, Inc. invites a Member of Technical Staff (Speech) to join our San Francisco office.

You will build and extend our speech evaluations and benchmarking arenas, covering text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and speech-to-speech tasks, collaborating with leading AI labs to push the frontier. We’re seeking hands-on engineers and researchers with 3+ years in speech AI, strong Python and data analysis skills, and a passion for frontier AI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in speech AI
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis
• Hands-on familiarity with modern speech models and evaluation metrics (WER, latency)
• Genuine interest in Frontier AI and industry directions

Responsibilities

• Benchmark speech frontier across text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and speech-to-speech
• Design and extend speech evaluation frameworks and arenas
• Collaborate with leading AI companies to benchmark models
• Publish leaderboards, reports, and analyses shaping industry progress
• Help drive product direction for the speech benchmarking platform
• Adopt AI-native workflows to stay ahead in a fast-changing field
