You’ll shape the backend, LLM stack, and evaluation layers, collaborating closely with researchers and engineers. The role emphasizes building scalable, observable systems and shipping reliable software with a focus on security, performance, and practical

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in backend and distributed systems.
• Hands-on work with agent frameworks or strong systems background.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software.
• Strong AI-driven decision making and architectural judgment.
• Experience collaborating with researchers, product and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build the Agentic Platform orchestrating tools, planning loops, and memory for autonomous reasoning over data.
• Scale systems with distributed execution, concurrency, observability, and cost-aware optimizations.
• Own evaluation and observability for safe, measurable agent behavior.
