Job summary

Rincon Search Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III or Senior Manufacturing Engineer for a MedTech manufacturer in Western Connecticut. The role emphasizes manufacturing engineering, process development, and technical project leadership with strong CNC and machining experience.

You will lead projects from development through production, develop processes, document parameters, and mentor engineers in a highly regulated environment, ensuring successful transitions to production.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree, or equivalent hands-on engineering experience.
• Strong manufacturing engineering background with CNC/machining experience.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and GD&T; familiarity with process validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex manufacturing and advanced technology projects.
• Own projects from development through production readiness.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot processes and equipment.
• Apply CNC, machining, tooling, and mechanical expertise to problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive projects.
• Lead meetings and maintain documentation of process parameters and instructions.
• Support measurement, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; manage multiple projects with ownership.
