Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience with 5+ years in Medicare Advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing operations for assigned Medicare Advantage programs.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies; document requirements and workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive execution across strategy, compliance, eligibility, customer service, and partner teams; provide leadership updates.
• Ensure CMS regulatory compliance, benefit configuration, and readiness for audits and inquiries.
