Job summary

BlossomHill Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Writing to lead the preparation and review of clinical and regulatory documents across assigned studies and programs. You will ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery with cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires senior medical writing experience in pharma/biotech, oncology knowledge, and mentoring of junior writers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant medical writing experience in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Experience in oncology therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into regulatory documents clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical writing for assigned studies and programs, including non-clinical, clinical, and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate and oversee external medical writing vendors and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and cross-functional teams on regulatory submissions.
• Support SOPs, templates, and process improvements for medical writing.
