• Bachelor's degree in health, scientific, or relevant discipline and 3+ years of medical writing or industry experience.
• Experience managing multiple writing projects in deadline-driven environments and leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare clinical regulatory documents (protocols, clinical study reports, participant narratives, investigator's brochures) with regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor writers; manage timelines, quality, and risk to project delivery.
• Apply health literacy principles and medical writing best practices to ensure accuracy and clarity of documents.
