Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a Sr. Medical Writer to lead the development of peer‑reviewed publications and scientific presentations.

You will translate clinical data from musculoskeletal and neuromodulation devices into abstracts, podium posters, and manuscripts, while managing the company library and literature resources. You will collaborate with key opinion leaders, investigators, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy, balance, and adherence to guidelines such as GPP and ICMJE.

Qualifications

• Typically requires experience in writing abstracts and peer‑reviewed manuscripts.
• Strong command of medical terminology and ability to interpret clinical study data.
• Experience with online journal and conference submission systems.
• Preferred experience managing a scientific library or literature service.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread meeting abstracts and journal manuscripts.
• Collaborate with authors and investigators from draft to submission and peer‑review.
• Interpret results with Data Analytics to present data clearly in text, tables, and figures.
• Manage literature submissions, cover letters, and copyright forms.
• Ensure compliance with Good Publication Practice (GPP) and ICMJE criteria.
