Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s North Shore Medical Center is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Senior I, to perform specimen processing, test performance, and results reporting under CLIA, with independent judgment and strong attention to detail.

The role requires reading and interpreting complex results, maintaining quality controls, and collaborating with physicians and staff. Night shift, onsite at 81 Highland Avenue, with a competitive benefits package and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent.
• ASCP-BOC MT/MLT/MLA certification required.
• 3–5 years of laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process specimens and perform tests per CLIA guidelines.
• Report results accurately and maintain records.
• Supervise workflow and assist with QC/QA activities.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting test performance.
