Job summary

Aroa Biosurgery Limited is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to expand awareness and adoption of its regenerative technologies. The role focuses on scientific leadership, evidence generation, KOL engagement, and field medical excellence across global markets.

Expect to mentor colleagues, lead publications and registries, and collaborate with Clinical Development while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Travel and cross-functional partnership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or medical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and possess US passport.
• Minimum 2–3 years as a Medical Science Liaison.
• Experience in wound care, surgery, trauma, plastics, reconstructive surgery, or related fields.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor field medical colleagues and strengthen clinical presence globally.
• Lead clinical evidence initiatives, including registries and publications.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development on study design and investigator-initiated research.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14155 and regulatory requirements.
• Translate data into compelling educational content and trainings.
• Support customers with clinical expertise during engagements.
