Job summary

Aroa Biosurgery Limited, a soft-tissue regeneration company, seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison to expand awareness and adoption of its technologies. The role involves evidence generation, education, and field medical excellence across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will mentor field medical colleagues, support cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen AROA’s clinical and scientific presence globally. Willingness to travel extensively is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Medical Science or related healthcare discipline.
• MD or PhD preferred.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience within wound care, surgery, trauma, plastics, reconstructive surgery, or related specialties. 5+ years preferred.
• Experience participating in clinical research or evidence-generation activities.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical evidence initiatives, including registries, case series, publications, conference presentations, and research activities.
• Partner with Clinical Development to support study design and investigator-initiated research, ensuring projects stay on time and in scope.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14155 and applicable regulations in markets where AROA products are sold.
• Collaborate with leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical teams to build evidence that supports adoption and patient outcomes.
• Translate complex clinical data into compelling educational content and presentations.
• Deliver scientific, technical, and clinical training to internal teams and healthcare professionals.
• Support clinicians across multiple specialties and provide clinical expertise during key customer engagements.
