Job summary

Eisai is expanding its field Medical Affairs with Senior Medical Science Liaison in Oncology/Hematology for IL and IN. You will engage HCPs, KOLs and investigators, exchange scientific data, and support medical platforms and strategic direction in a dynamic, field-based role.

The Sr. MSL will mentor newer MSLs, lead special projects, and travel about 60% to meet with investigators and attend conferences, contributing to Eisai's mission to improve patient outcomes in neurology and oncology.

Qualifications

• For MSL/Sr. MSL, advanced terminal degree in medical/health sciences is required.
• Experience as MSL in Oncology/Hematology is preferred for Sr. MSL.
• Strong scientific/pharmaceutical knowledge and ability to travel ~60%

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary clinical/scientific resource to HCPs in the territory for disease state and Eisai's products.
• Serve as conduit for accurate clinical, scientific, and medical information between KOLs/investigators and Medical Affairs.
• Establish and maintain peer relationships with KOLs in therapeutic areas of interest.
• Share knowledge and participate in scientific exchanges with KOLs.
• Present clinical, scientific and economic data to population-based decision-makers as requested.
• Lead congress coverage efforts and coordinate MSL/Sr. MSL activities with management.
